Extended Tummy Tuck on 39-y-o female. Patient 5’9, pre-op weight 220lbs. Results ten months after surgery. Patient had two stage procedure. First liposuction of the abdomen and flanks (combined with breast surgery) and then a few months later, extended tummy tuck. The after photos are at her current weight of about 140lbs, which she lost as a combination of surgery, diet and exercise.
