Scheduling and Financing

Once you have finished your consultation, and have chosen to move forward with having cosmetic surgery, the next step is to determine when to have your procedure and how many days off from work or other responsibilities you will need. If you are going to have a family member or friend drive you to/from surgery, and care for you for the first 24 hours or so, find out what works best for them as well. 

Scheduling

One of the most important things to do when scheduling your procedure is to choose a timeframe that allows you enough “me” time. We advise you to clear your schedule of all special events and projects, so you are free to concentrate on your recovery. It is important to clear your mind and focus on relaxing without constantly thinking of things you still need to do. Rushing yourself back to work or other duties an compromise your recovery.

With regard to how long you will need to stay in Newport Beach, we have listed the common required and recommended time frames for our most popular procedures. You will need to stay for at least the minimum amount of time required. The longer you stay will allow for more healing time while under our care, and a better overall experience. However, if you can only stay the minimum required amount of time, rest assure we will be sure you will receive the proper amount of care to return home safely.

Securing a Surgery Date

Joseph T Cruise, MD's schedule typically fills up very quickly, so we strongly urge you to schedule your surgery as soon as you have a firm date in mind. To secure your date and book your procedure, you will need to place a 10% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance will be collected 10 days prior to your surgery. We accept all forms of payment for domestic patients, and payments by credit cards for international patients.
