Dr. Cruise uses only board certified anesthesiologists to make sure you have the best anesthesia possible. The anesthesiologist will discuss with you what type of anesthesia is best for you. He/she will take into consideration your medical history, the procedure, and your personal wishes.
If only you are only having a gynecomastia procedure, it is possible to perform the procedure under local anesthesia. Usually, however, it is done under general anesthesia. The choice is up to you. Dr. Cruise will help you with this decision at the time of your consultation.
